These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperPals mobile application ("App") operated by SuperPals ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperPals. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
SuperPals is a digital pet companion game. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SuperPals may include a virtual currency ("Gems") and virtual items. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Gems and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Gems purchased through in-app purchases do not expire. We reserve the right to modify the in-app economy, including prices and availability of items, at any time.
Your pet's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to make interactions warm and appropriate, AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect. SuperPals is designed for entertainment and emotional connection — it is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All content in SuperPals, including artwork, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
We strive to keep SuperPals available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperPals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
